www.harrowschool.org.uk ("Our Site") is a site operated by The School. "The School” means Harrow School as now or in the future constituted. The School is constituted as a Royal Charter Corporation known as The Keepers and Governors of the Possessions Revenues and Goods of the Free Grammar School of John Lyon ("We"). We are a charity registered in England and Wales with registration number 310033. We have our office at Harrow School, 5 High Street, Harrow on the Hill, Middlesex HA1 3HP. The School respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policies. This policy describes the types of information that we may collect from you when you access or use our Site (for example, by booking an open morning) or by corresponding with us by email on the 'Contact Us' section of Our Site or otherwise. This includes information you provide when requesting a prospectus or making an online enquiry about Harrow School. For the purpose of this policy, the following terms have the below meaning:

We will use this information to provide you with the information and services that you request from us and may also send future correspondence in relation to your query and details about Harrow School that you may be interested in. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time from within the email you receive.
We may share your personal information within the Harrow School community if this is necessary to answer your query (for example, with Harrow School Enterprises).

ii. Would like to withdraw consent to personal data processing,
iii. Wish to obtain a copy of your personal information that we hold,
iv. Would like us to correct, update or delete your personal information in our records,

JURISDICTION
Notwithstanding anything stated above, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
We may enforce our rights (such as our rights in our trade marks) in any relevant jurisdiction.
