In the 80th year of the Rosslyn Park HSBC National School Sevens, Harrow claimed victory at under-14 level - the School's first-ever competition win at the ground.

The Rosslyn Park event is world’s largest schools sevens tournaments, fielding over 9,600 participants and over 1,200 matches.

On day one, Harrow won their group, beating Oundle School 21-14, St. Bartholomew’s School 38-14 and St Cenydd Community School 50-14. This led to an elimination knockout round again Radley College, which Harrow won 33-0. Day two saw Harrow win another group, beating Howard of Effingham School 19-15 and Worth School 41-19. In the quarter final, the Harrow team beat Stockport Grammar School 40-7 to advance to the semi-final, where they beat New Hall School 35-17.

The final was against Jumeirah English Speaking School, a school from Dubai who had previously knocked out Epsom College, Whitgift School and Hampton School en-route. It started as a tense affair. Dani Neal (Moretons) ran the length of the field early in the game to give Harrow an early 7-0 lead. Jumeirah struck back with two tries before Cameron Ellis (Rendalls) beat a man to run the length as well to make it 14-14 at half time. In the second half, Harrow were ruthless in defence and attack, with tries from Tito Edjua (Lyons), Ellis and Finlay Smith (The Knoll) giving Harrow a 35-14 victory.

Over the two days, the boys played nine matches and scored 30 or more points in seven of them.
