Lunch-Hour Concerts

Each Tuesday during term time, the Harrow community is treated to a lunchtime performance by Harrovian musicians, usually of around 30 minutes. These concerts provide the boys with regular performance practice, and also add greatly to the cultural life of the School.

Already this term, we have heard our new Music Award Holders perform sung pieces, as well as others on the cello, flute, piano, violin, harp, drums – and even the marimba. We are delighted to welcome to the School these talented performers, who are both in the Shell and Sixth Form.

Our Lunch-Hour Concerts take place at 1.30pm on Tuesdays during term time, usually in St Mary’s Church. For more information, contact Mrs Hilary Singleton, the Music Schools Administrator, via music@harrowschool.org.uk or 020 8872 8231.
