Creating a strong community depends very much on holding the same values as well as encouraging transparency on issues that may cause conflict.

Harrow's annual Living Together conference is key to ensuring a positive start for boys embarking on their journeys as Harrovians.

All year groups took part in a variety of workshops and lectures with topics covering the importance of being a good roommate, how to look after oneself, and an introduction to the Harrow Values.

The peer mentoring programme was launched between the Lower Sixth and Remove boys, the Shell were taught the importance of tolerance and respect at Harrow and ways in which boys are encouraged to work together.

External guests spoke about online safety and the importance of language in creating a positive culture in School and beyond.
