Three Harrovians have been awarded medals for placing in the top hundred mathematicians nationally.

The boys took part in the first round of the British Mathematical Olympiad and Andy, who achieved gold, was placed 11th in the country with an invitation to the international Olympiad training camp in Hungary.

Overall, 26 Harrovians qualified to take part in the competition, with 11 achieving certificates of merit and seven earning distinctions.
