Harrow's swimmers have retained the Bath Cup and John Nalson Medley Trophy after participating in the blue-ribbon event at the London Aquatics Centre, The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.

Harrow put in an outstanding performance to win the Bath Cup in a time of 3:35:42s, finishing over seven seconds ahead of the second-placed school.

Harrow also retained the John Nalson Medley Trophy for the third year running, winning the event in a time of 1:47:66s – again an outstanding performance from each boy.

The Bath Cup and John Nalson Trophy are the independent schools’ premier 4x100 freestyle and 4x50 individual medley relay competitions.
