Harrow School hosted the Youth Organisations in Uniform (YOU) London Future Leaders Development Conference.

Over 100 young people from the Army Cadet Force, Boys’ Brigade, Combined Cadet Force, Fire Cadets, Girls’ Brigade, Girlguiding, Jewish Lads’ and Girls’ Brigade, RAF Air Cadets, Sea Cadet Corps, Scouts, St John Ambulance Cadets and Volunteer Police Cadets took part in a host of challenges and activities.

Speakers included Air Vice-Marshal Ranald Munro, Commandant General Royal Auxiliary Air Force; Lady Vivien Rose of Colmworth, Justice of the Supreme Court; and Brigadier Gerald Salzano.

The two-day event was an opportunity for young people to focus on their personal development, practical leadership skills and to foster links across organisations.
