On Sunday 27 February, Harrow School celebrates Founder’s Day.

We celebrate Founder’s Day on a Sunday close to 19 February, the date the Queen Elizabeth I Charter was given to local yeoman farmer and founder of Harrow School, John Lyon. This year is particularly important as it marks 450 years since the School was founded.

Events on the Hill include a fathers and sons racket tournament and boys playing Harrow football against Old Harrovians.
