Twenty-two Harrow athletes were selected to compete at the Middlesex Track & Field Championships.

All members of the Harrow team performed admirably on the day, with several outstanding performances including:

• first in the 200m final with a time of 23.48

• second in the 300m final, recording an impressive time of 39.59

• gold medal in javelin with a distance of 40.36m

• first in 100m with a time of 10.79

• bronze in long jump with a jump of 5.90m

• a personal best of 1.80m in the high jump, claiming second place

• second in triple jump with a distance of 11.13m

• gold in shot put with a throw of 10.87m

Those who achieved the county standard progressed to the inter-counties.
