Hockey professional joins Harrow School

Harrow School is delighted to welcome former Olympian and Hockey medallist Michael Hoare to its team of professional coaches.

Michael is a World, European and Commonwealth medallist with a career stretching over eight years.

Director of Sport Richard Finch said: "Michael is very excited about the opportunity to develop individual and team players at Harrow, improving their performance and generating a positive team culture, in hockey and all sports he coaches. He has an excellent understanding of positive coaching and how to get the very best from players. It is a pleasure to have him with us."

As an Olympian with 156 Caps for Great Britain and England, Michael has competed in major tournaments which include the 2016 Rio Olympics, the 2014 and 2018 World Cups and the 2019 Pro League Finals.
