Harrow travelled to the London Aquatics Centre in Stratford for The Bath Cup and John Nalson Medley, the independent sector’s premier freestyle and individual medley relay competitions.  

Harrow swam exceptionally well with a final time of 3:35.54, Harrow’s fastest swim in the competition and the third-fastest ever swum at The Bath Cup. 

In the John Nalson Medley, the squad set Harrow records for both the Individual Medley and the third-fastest swim at the John Nalson Medley, with Harrow taking home the John Nalson trophy for the first time in 12 years.
