We have been delighted to welcome several prominent speakers this term as part of the Harrovian lecture series.
Most recently boys have heard from Professor Michael Scott, a world-renowned Classicist and broadcaster, who delivered the annual Coutts Lecture in Classics.
Professor Scott spoke on 'A Global Ancient World', challenging the common misconception that Classics only involves the study of the Mediterranean. He argued that such a narrow view of Ancient History is misleading and that the Ancient World was in fact very well connected.
Lectures from leaders in their fields are an integral part of a Harrovian's education and other invited guests this term have included Interior Designer OH Henry Prideaux and Ophthalmologist Anna Mead.
