A classics lecture delivered online and to more than 50 other entrants has won an Harrovian a Highly Commended prize.
After an internal round of selection from among 80 boys, June Hyun was chosen to represent Harrow School at the Lytham St Anne's Classical Association lecture competition.
The presentation had to be entitled 'If you could travel back in time to one day in the ancient past, which would it be and why?' June's video entry was on the inaugural Flavian Games and the opening of the Flavian Amphitheatre, known now as the Coliseum.
The competition was open to all age groups making June's achievement all the more impressive as he is still in the Removes (Year 10). It was adjudicated by Professor Michael Scott (pictured), Academic, Author and Broadcaster in History and Archaeology.
