Charles Alcock Cup
Pupils from 12 local primary schools joined Harrovians for an annual football tournament.
The youngsters took part in the Charles Alcock tournament which was run and refereed by Harrovian soccer players.
Charles Alcock attended Harrow School in the mid-1800s and went on to become a major instigator in the development of international football and cricket and he is remembered especially for establishing the FA Cup. The Charles Alcock Cup is held every year at Harrow.
