An overview of the charity and partnership work carried out by the Harrow community over the last year is now available to read on the website.
In his introduction to the Shaftesbury Enterprise Impact Report, Head Master Alastair Land, commented: "I hope that you will be as inspired and uplifted as I am by reading the testimony in these pages of work done and funds raised with so many and by so many, with the simple common aim of improving our shared experience of what it means to be human."
Shaftesbury Enterprise encompasses all of Harrow School’s charitable and partnership work in the local community and beyond and the latest report details the work done in the last year, a significant part of which has been our response to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Harrovians – boys and staff – volunteer for many and varied projects to support the local and wider community. This may be helping support education in school by teaching or coaching primary-school-age pupils, partnering with secondary students, or offering enrichment activities. It may be working with groups facing significant barriers or hardship, or it could be taking part in a range of ambitious fundraising activities.
