The Head Master's presents 'Marie Antoinette'

On Thursday 22 and Friday 23 November, The Head Master’s House will perform 'Marie Antoinette' by David Adjmi as their House Play, with direction by Head of English Lucy Ashe,.

Marie Antoinette is blind to the problems of the French people – more interested in fashion trends than leading the country out of economic disaster. Silks, wigs and macaroons gradually disappear, though, until all that is left is the looming guillotine. David Adjmi’s provocative play explores cakes, celebrity, and what it means to be a leader.
