Every five years every school is inspected by either Ofsted or the Independent Schools Inspectorate (which is supervised by Ofsted).
Harrow School was inspected in October 2006 by a team of eight inspectors on behalf of the Independent Schools' Inspectorate. In October 2007, Ofsted inspectors visited the School to inspect the boarding provision. Both teams of inspectors rated Harrow’s provision as outstanding.
