Instructions for accessing the Parents' Site
Please read the instructions below, then click here for the
Harrow Parents' Site
When prompted for your username and password as shown in the example, please enter
your details as follows:
- Username: hinet\username
- Password: password
For example, if your name is Adam Smith, and if your username is smit1 you would
enter hinet\smit1 and then your password. The password is case sensitive. Internet
Explorer 6 or 7 and Firefox browsers do work.
Known issues:
- Vista users, please enter your username as hinet\username, NOT username@hinet as
outlined previously.
- AOL users report that they are unable to access the school intranet through the
AOL window. They should gain internet access using Internet Explorer, or some other
web browser instead.
