www.harrowschool.org.uk ("Our Site") is a site operated by The School. "The School” means Harrow School as now or in the future constituted.  The School is constituted as a Royal Charter Corporation known as The Keepers and Governors of the Possessions Revenues and Goods of the Free Grammar School of John Lyon ("We"). We are a charity registered in England and Wales with registration number 310033.  We have our office at Harrow School, 5 High Street, Harrow on the Hill, Middlesex, HA1 3HP.

Privacy statement

We may collect and process personal information about you from your use of Our Site. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on Our Site  (for example, by booking an open morning) or by corresponding with us by email on the 'Contact Us' section of Our Site or otherwise. This includes information you provide when requesting a prospectus or making an online enquiry about Harrow School. The information you give us may include your name, address, email address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph and may also include information about your child (including his name, date of birth and current school).

We will use this information to provide you with the information and services that you request from us and may also send future correspondence in relation to your query and details about Harrow School that you may be interested in. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time from within the email you receive.

We may share your personal information within the Harrow School community if this is necessary to answer your query (for example, with Harrow School Enterprises). 

Subject to the paragraph below, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

We may enforce our rights (such as our rights in our trade marks) in any relevant jurisdiction.
